As an Executive Committee member and Honorary Treasurer of Heep Hong Society (Hong Kong’s leading charity supporting children with learning difficulties), Ronald is responsible for the financial oversight of the charity’s capital reserves, and supports the development of the charity’s senior leadership.

He is a mentor on the Hong Kong University mentorship programme, a coach on the American Express Leadership Academy programme, and is a pro-bono coach on the HKICC Coaching Partnership with Caritas Hong Kong.
